The grass will be cut and edges cleaned with a string trimmer or edger; finished off with removal of any debris with a backpack blower. Yards start at $65. Bagging Clippings is a double charge.
Shrub/Hedge trimming
Pricing is $100 an hour with a 1 hour minimum and includes removal of debris.
Leaf Raking & Removal
Includes removal of leaves/pine needles/yard debris using a combination of a blower, lawnmower, rake & paddle. Pricing varies based on a number of factors but most residential yards are ~$150-300.
Lot cleanup
This service is for properties that have been neglected for one reason or another. Included in service: Removal of saplings, large weeds & debris. A quote will be given before work begins. Most lot cleanups start at $125 for labor, time and removal of all yard waste.
Gutter cleaning
An essential service to preserve the longevity of your roof by preventing moisture & water damage. Clogged gutters cause standing water which creates a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Leaves & other debris can also create an environment inviting to pests such as rodents, insects, & snakes. We clean the gutters and ensure the downspouts are working properly. Pricing is $1-3 per linear ft of gutter. The price varies depending on the amount of debris, and if there are gutter guards. $150 Minimum.
